White is considered a high-vibration color – it contains all other colors, thus forming a perfect whole. White is the color of purity, peace, and clarity. See aitab v\u00e4hendada visuaalset stressi ja \u00fclekoormust, ning loob tunde, et \u00fcmbrus on korras.<\/p>\n\n

White also symbolizes a new beginning, helping to release old patterns or emotional burdens. It can inspire change, personal growth, and support renewed perspectives. Clothing affects how we perceive ourselves. By wearing light and white clothes in yoga class, we increase our higher energy. We create greater mental clarity, support concentration, and reduce visual noise.<\/p>\n\n

The color white can be associated primarily with summer and the sun. White delicate flowing skirts and shorts. However, our northern climate is cool and capricious most of the year. Early mornings are cool and the heating season could start earlier.<\/p>\n\n

When designing Yogaexpert’s yoga clothes, one of my goals was to create comfortable and warm yoga clothes specifically for the Nordic climate. To create clothes that would support and warm you both in the cool of autumn and on a bitterly cold winter day. One of my favorites became the soft and warm Long Cotton Tunic<\/a>, which has been with me through spring, fall, winter, and even on some cool summer mornings.<\/p>\n\n

I encourage you to try and experiment, experience and feel yourself doing yoga in light clothes.
